We want you to love your ORLY manicure, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for return shipping.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original box or a sturdy mailer to prevent breakage during transit, as nail lacquer is fragile.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
